Flame-retardant curtain fabric
With the improvement of people’s lives and the development of technology, flame-retardant curtain fabrics Flame-retardant curtain fabrics must be flame-retardant, waterproof, oil-proof, soundproof, heat-insulating, mildew-proof, anti-fouling, anti-static, dust-proof, etc.; they must be washable, non-toxic and harmless to the human body, and have a sun fastness of 5 Curtains that meet flame retardant standards such as grades or above, good drape, not easy to wrinkle, no fading, no odor, good light-shielding effect, etc.
Flame-retardant curtain fabrics have fire-retardant properties and are widely used. The national standard GB50222-95 “Code for Fire Protection Design of Interior Decoration of Buildings” stipulates that building decoration materials are divided into four levels according to their combustion characteristics: Level A non-flammability; Level B1 flame retardancy; Level B2 flammability; Level B3 flammability. Therefore, only fabrics that achieve Class A and Class B1 can be called flame-retardant fabrics. Except for non-textile fabrics that can achieve Class A flame retardancy, the highest level of flame retardant fabrics is B1.
Flame-retardant fabric oxygen index test
The B1 level standard has three main indicators:
1. Oxygen index: ≥32.0%;
2. Vertical combustion performance: combustion time ≤30S, combustion height ≤250mm;
3. Smoke density level: ≤75SDR
