Due to various reasons: such as shortage of funds, poor turnover, no weft raw materials, lack of spare parts, lack of workers, variety and market problems, etc., the loom is not running and the warp beam is not finished. However, it requires a long period of shutdown (more than a week). In order to ensure that everything is normal and smooth when restarting, the following main tasks need to be done and the following matters need to be paid attention to:
01 Main work and operating points when the loom is shut down
①When the loom is shut down, the blank silk woven on the machine must first be dropped off the machine to prevent long If it is left on the machine for a long time, it will become damp and moldy.
② Rinse the accumulated slurry on the reed and heald with water and try to clean it as clean as possible to lay a good foundation for starting the machine again in the future.
③Relax the warp thread tension, remove the weight, and shake the heald frame into a flush state to prevent the warp threads from being stretched by opening for a long time.
④ Put down the water shield and waterproof cover on the loom and cover it.
⑤ Lift the lifting rod of the weft pressing wheel to prevent the weft pressing wheel from deforming.
⑥ Cut off the power supply of the machine, turn off the water source, pay attention to safety and save energy.
⑦ Take out the circuit control board from the electrical box and store it in a ventilated and dry place to prevent moisture from affecting its efficacy.
⑧ If all looms in a workshop need to be stopped, the main power supply and main water source must be cut off, and ventilation and moisture removal must be carried out regularly to check the situation and keep the workshop ventilated and dry.
02 Main tasks and precautions when starting up the loom
①Open the main water supply pipe before starting up, and drain water first. Prevent residual sewage in the pipeline from entering the water tank, pump body and nozzle.
② Then wet the warp yarns at the weaving mouth, steel reed, and healds with water to soften the residual accumulated slurry to prevent the residual hard slurry from directly driving the warp. The silk is pulled and broken.
③ Turn on the power, plug in the circuit control board, open the water tank water valve, test the power and water, and observe whether the water and electricity are normal.
④ Adjust the warp tension and turn the spindle dial by hand to check whether the jetting, beating up, heddling, etc. are normal.
⑤ If you need to change the variety and specifications of the raw silk, you can change the weft yarn and the appropriate let-off and take-up gears, and change the weft density.
⑥If the steel reed heddle is seriously slugged, causing warp filaments to fluff, etc., you can manually shake the warp threads past the weaving mouth for a few to more than ten centimeters, depending on the specific situation. , try driving again.
⑦ If the above main tasks are done well and everything is normal, you can start the machine according to the normal procedure. </p
