Teflon microporous membrane utilizes the oil absorption and insolubility of polytetrafluoroethylene plastic resin and the volatile characteristics of olefin materials to form micropores; it also utilizes the plasticity characteristics of polytetrafluoroethylene plastic before the curing temperature. It is biaxially stretched within the processing range of the process temperature section, and finally sintered and solidified in a high-temperature atmosphere to form a Teflon microporous membrane with a thickness of about 0.04mm that is breathable but does not leak.
PTFE film production processes mainly include calendering, turning and stretching.
Through structural analysis and actual measurement, only stretched film has a good microporous structure.
The Teflon microporous membrane processed by Suzhou through biaxial stretching technology has a finer molecular weight, is cleaner, and has better uniformity. The porosity can reach 80% to 90%, and the microporous structure is stable.
It also uses production and testing instruments imported from the United States to test the quality of PTFE film, and has passed international SGS testing and certification, as well as ISI testing and certification.
