Control system fault detection and automatic shutdown device

The water-jet loom is equipped with multiple fault detection and self-stop devices to ensure the normal operation of the loom. Its main functions are as follows:
(1) Left and right side hemming automatic stop: installed next to the hemming bobbins on both sides of the loom. When the twisted edge spinning yarn is broken, the yarn guide hook relies on the spring force to make the process contact move to issue a stop command. Brush type process contacts or contactless switches are usually used, such as reed switches, power-off switches, proximity switches, etc.
(2) Warp over-tension automatic stop: installed at the rear left side of the loom, controlled by the warp easing arm. When the warp tension is too high, a stop command is issued. Micro limit switches are usually used.
(3) Automatic stop for waste silk bobbin breaking: It is installed at the rear of the right side of the loom and is controlled by the yarn guide hook. When the waste yarn is broken and the package yarn is broken, the yarn guide hook acts to issue a stop command. Usually yarn guide hook type process contacts are used.
(4) Waste wire automatic stop: It is installed on the front right side of the loom and is operated by a lever. When the waste wire is broken, the lever moves, connects the relevant contacts, and issues a parking command. Typically Hall switches or process contacts are used.
(5) Fixed-length automatic stop: It is installed inside the length meter of the loom. When the fabric reaches the predetermined length, it will issue a stop or drop command. If a mechanical length gauge is used, a micro switch is used to send the signal; when an electronic length gauge is used, the signal is sent directly.
(6) Other self-stops: In addition to the above-mentioned fault detection, most water-jet looms also have the following fault detection (not considered process auto-stop).
① Internal temperature switches of the main motor and air pump motor (motor overheat protection), when the motor overheats, it will automatically stop.
②Brake internal temperature switch (electromagnetic brake overheat protection).
